The Hero Arm is a powered bionic limb controlled by the user’s muscles and is built using 3D printing and 3D scanning technologies. Each Hero Arm is custom made for each user, with a breathable removable socket for enhanced ventilation and ease of cleaning. Special sensors within the Hero Arm detect muscle movements, meaning a user can control the bionic hand and haptic vibrations, beepers, buttons and lights provide the user with notifications. Each Hero Arm comes in 3 different hand sizes and 2 different arm layouts. The Hero Arm comes with either a 3 Motor or 4 Motor Hand depending on the most suitable size of hand for the user.
